Return & Refund Policy

At Muse & Method, each order is processed with care. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and our order processing system, all sales are final once a purchase has been completed.

We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item selected

  • Incorrect colour or variation selected

  • Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

  • Delayed shipping outside of our control

  • Failure to collect or receive the package

  • Buyerโ€™s remorse

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it begins processing shortly after. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded after checkout is complete.

Please ensure that all order details, including your name, shipping address, email address, product choice, and quantity, are correct before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Although all sales are final, we want every customer to receive the correct item in acceptable condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

  • A photo of the packaging, if applicable

  • A brief explanation of the problem

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Shipping Delays

Muse & Method is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs processing, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delayed shipping does not qualify for a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

Muse & Method is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to the sender or lost due to incorrect customer information, a refund will not be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Muse & Method is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivered packages.

By completing a purchase with Muse & Method, you acknowledge and agree that:
